TERMS & CONDITIONS

The voucher is valid for one year. After the validity period, the voucher will be automatically cancelled.

Vouchers are not valid for use during high season, festive dates, holidays or weekends (check-in on Friday and/or Saturday). For any requests made during these periods, the respective supplement will be calculated.
This amount is non-refundable in cash. This voucher cannot be combined with other offers/vouchers.
The holder of the voucher will be considered the owner of the voucher.
Gavião Nature Village is not responsible for any improper use of the voucher, so in case of loss or misplacement the amount will be considered lost.
The use of the voucher is subject to prior reservation and availability at Gavião Nature Village.
