The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
- Children from 0 to 4 years old stay for free.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old (inclusive), 50% of the applicable rate for accommodation and meal, per day.
- Children under 12 years of age (maximum 1 children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on an accommodation basis only if they share a bed with one or two adults, but meals will be charged.
- Rooms to accommodate families with children are subject to availability.
- Children in individual accommodation will be charged the full adult rate.
- Extra bed/bunk bed cost is 30 Euros per person
Reservations for cots and extra beds are on request and subject to availability confirmation.

To guarantee your reservation, you must provide us with the details of a valid credit card or proceed with a bank transfer of 50% of the value of your stay. Glamping reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card. If your rate is non-refundable, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Free cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in date between June and September at the Best Available Rate. Not valid for groups.
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date between October and May.
- After this period, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- When booking a non-refundable rate, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, with no right to a refund.
Group booking policy: You can cancel your group booking or part of it free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. After this period there will be no refunds.
Check-out after 11AM : Always subject to request and availability. Please contact reception at least 24 hours in advance. An additional fee may be associated with this service. We can store your luggage at no additional cost, contact us for more details.
Early check-out: The Hotel reserves the right to debit the total cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest and without prior information (minimum 24 hours). If the reservation is non-refundable, it will be charged prior to arrival at the hotel and there will be no refund in case of early departure.
Early check-in (before 4pm): Always subject to request and availability. Please inform reception at the time of booking or at least 24 hours in advance. We can store your luggage at no additional cost, contact us for more details.
Children: The hotel provides cots free of charge, on request and subject to availability.
Unlocking safes: Glamping is not responsible for any object or document. However, the accommodations have a safe for your personal use during your stay. In case of blocking, due to 3 consecutive code errors, it will be inaccessible for a period of 30 minutes. However, in an urgent situation, you can contact Reception to carry out an exceptional manual opening, accessible only to authorized personnel. The safe must be opened in the presence of the guest.
Parking: The property has a private parking for customers and guests. We advise you to leave your vehicle closed. We are not responsible for damages caused to third parties, theft or thefts occurred with the vehicles.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior spaces of Glamping, especially in the accommodation. Outside you will find suitable places to smoke. See reception for more details.
Damage caused or missing objects: Glamping reserves the right to charge any damages caused by the customer.
